KeyFlare
An Assistive Technology using a Novel Object Detection Algorithm for Human-Computer Interaction
KeyFlare is an innovative research project to assist users with accessibility needs via object detection for UI navigation. It aims to eliminate the need for using a mouse and support complex UI interactions with only a keyboard. KeyFlare finds all clickable locations, and users can then type a short identifier string to move their mouse to click a location. It's really fast and user friendly!

Old About Me
Hello! I'm Pranit, a top 10% senior at Medfield High School with a passion for Computer Science and mathematics. I hold key leadership positions in clubs such as Junior State of America (a debate club where we hold weekly competitions), Science Olympiad, and Chamber Orchestra (where I play the violin as Concertmaster). I am channeling my passion for Mathematics and Computer Science research by developing a Python-based machine learning project.
Under the guidance of my AP Calculus BC teacher and an outside mentor, an Architect and Senior Software Developer, I am dedicated to developing a successful and useful project for people like you. I invite anyone interested in this project to help me create this project or try it out once it is done.
